Luxury Residential New Build- Cheshire

Residential

MJ Consulting Engineers provided full structural engineering services for this high-value residential and luxury residential new build in Cheshire, delivered to a sale value of £1.5m. The project comprised a bespoke luxury home designed to maximise space, light and architectural impact.

The structural solution utilised load-bearing masonry construction, combined with engineered timber joists and strategically designed steel beams to achieve large, open-plan living areas. Steel frames were incorporated to support feature glazed gables, enabling expansive glazing while maintaining structural efficiency and clean architectural lines.

MJ Consulting Engineers supported the client throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and detailed design through to construction and completion. Close collaboration with the wider design team ensured the structural design aligned seamlessly with the architectural vision, delivering a high-quality, contemporary home with robust engineering at its core.
